Decision drivers are mostly one of these three. We get in trouble once we pretend everybody choose the same as we do. It’s not mandatory, unfortunately.
The first choice at least is something you can compromise, or get an agreement, if you are so clever to find a way you and the rest of the project participants can agree with.
Ego is dangerous, for you and others. Anyway, many supplicants can follow you as they hope you can be good with them one day if they support you while conquering the world (you deserve it, yeees, you are the BEST!).
Doing the right thing is doing the right thing. Needless to say. Do not forget it when life punches you hard.
