Think about the role of promoting ourselves and the consulting brand we represent. Think about the way we link to the company practice, the way we act, the great responsibility of supporting a consulting group name.
Think about promoting company activities inside the client, think about leaving your imprinting to a project. Think about connecting people (yes I use a Nokia phone 🙂 ). Think about recommending developments, improvements, innovation.
I personally think a good training, even for a tehcnical consultant, especially for engineering consultants, must include the basic of commercial best practices. Good consultants can be good markeeters.
